Follow Through



The trunk should go back into neutral, in sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation. The shoulder girdle and the shoulder joint should remain in neutral and bilaterally flex elbow joint in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation. And have hip slightly flex, in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation, to prep for recovery phase.
