
Using the dominant leg, the hip and knee should be slightly flexed to control the ball in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation.
Hip Joint:
Flexed
Muscles used- Iliopsoas and Rectus Femoris (Concentric)
Knee Joint:
Flexed
Muscles used- Biceps femoris, Semi-teninosus, and Semi-membranosus (Concentric)
