Follow Through



After movement phase, flex dominant knee back to 90 degrees in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation, and the ankle should still be in plantarflexion in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation.

Knee Joint:
Flexed
Muscles used- Biceps femoris, Semi-tendinosus, and Semi-membranosus ( Concentric)

Ankle Joint:
Plantarflexed
Muscles used- Gastrocnemius, Soleus, and Plantaris (Concentric)
