Movement Phase



The trunk is extended about 20-30 degrees in the sagittal plane, along the mediolateral axis of rotation, while the shoulder girdle and the shoulder joint remain in neutral position. Bilaterally, the elbows should remained flexed at 90 degrees, in the sagittal plane along the mediolateral axis of rotation, as well.
